The goal is trying to establish a new model of real estate supply chain collaborative development system that provides services such as setting up standards, joint bidding and quality inspection. Based on Vanke past 35+ years of practices and experiences in new product research and development, quality control, supply chain management and some other specialties, we were able to increase the level of procurement transparency, promote and upgrade the green and sustainability standard in the industry, bring up the level of services of the real estate supply chain and etc.
